We provide personal and home services while you are at work or away.

PetCare Group provides these additional services in West Chester, Downingtown, Exton, Kennett Square, Chadds Ford, Glen Mills, Newtown Square, and Malvern.

Need someone to wait for a repairman, plumber, or delivery? A PetCare Group staff member will wait during the requested hours (no pet sitting or walking services are provided during this time), and will report back to you when services are completed.

Lock yourself out of your house? We will perform an emergency lock service to come to your home and unlock the door for you.

2024 Update We are still using PetCare group and love the quality of service our dog Maxwell receives. We never have to worry about Max getting his meals and the attention he needs when we are away.We've been using PetCare group for the last several years. Initially we had them stop by daily to walk our (then) puppies. Since then one of my dogs has developed epilepsy and requires meds 4 times a day. We've used Pet Care group several times when we can't be here for one of his doses. We've never had an issue. We always get a summary of the visit and they always refresh the dogs water bowl. Our dogs really like the visits.The most recent time we used them is a bit complicated but they were quite willing to work with us. One of my dogs had emergency surgery (epileptic one) and I needed PetCare group to check on him every 2 hours. They worked with us to administer his meds and kept me informed of his status. I was very happy with their service.I highly recommend PetCare group for everything from walking your puppies to helping out with a sick dog.

I cannot say enough about the service provided by PetCare Group. We have never had to leave our dogs by themselves overnight, but this company made me feel very confident that all would be fine. PetCare Group was recommended to me as I was looking for a new walker having moved from out of state about a year ago. They have been wonderful to work with! Jen is super professional and accommodating and responds to questions right away. My dog is picky when it comes to the people he likes and he requires a fair amount of care. Jen scheduled the perfect walker for us, even setting up a meet & greet initially to make sure we were comfortable.Our walker kept in touch daily with updates and pictures so I could rest assured that all was well. It has been easy to call or email to set up daily walks/feedings as well as overnight care. PetCare Group is a wonderful find!

Jen and her staff were great! It was my first time leaving my cats together. I always boarded my older lady, Alley, she is on medication but the stress last time was too much for her. Our younger girl, Nubby, does not do well with strangers and usually hides. Jen came out for a visit and I immediately felt at ease with the way she greeted my girls. I gave a long list of instructions for my endless amount of litter boxes and water bowls ( you would think I have 10 cats) and they followed them perfectly. Scheduled them for an hour in the morning and evening and got detailed emails with pictures which in turn was a nice surprise and calmed my anxiety. I could even see on my front door camera Nubby hearing them pull up in the driveway and meeting them at the door. Which, no matter how food motivated my chunky girl is, that was a first and most people understand if your nervous cat trusts someone then you trust them too! Also the convenience of being able to have nails trimmed adds another star they don't give me an option for. I absolutely will use them everytime and highly recommend Petcare group with the love and safety of your home as well as your pets.

Petcare is so fantastic that I wish there were more stars to give them. I heard about them from a neighbor who also uses their walking service. I reached out- and heard back straight away! I was able to secure a spot the day of and the staff is beyond friendly. They met all my needs for care- and send me photos and updates. They are always patient with my dog Letti- she can be a little difficult to walk sometimes. (She refuses to walk or it takes SOO long because we have to sniff every blade of grass). I cannot say how grateful I am of their help and taking care of my pup. :)

Jenna and her team are wonderful! Responsive, friendly, caring, dedicated t your pets. I received emails with every visit letting us know how our cats (3) were doing, and you can tell they just enjoy what they do! They also do amazing extras - scooped litter boxes, took in the mail and deliveries (some big boxes too!) , watered our plants (inside AND outside) took the trash and recycle bins out to the street the night before pickup day. Cannot thank them enough for taking such great care of our cats! Will be using them whenever we go away.

So grateful for PetCare Group!!! I currently have 3 cats. One old man Sparky (16y) and 2 brothers (1.5y). I hired PetCare Group to come when I was on vacation for a week. They came once daily to feed, scoop and play. I feel like my cats are "high maintenance" b/c Sparky won't eat what the others eat so he has separate quarters when I am away from home. PetCare Group managed Sparky well, letting him out and putting him away daily. I felt very comfortable knowing they were getting checked on daily and played with. I will be using them again for future vacations!!

We cannot praise your dog trainer enough! Our dog is very very anxious and the trainer is helping us prepare her for an away trip we have planned in the spring. The trainer understands the way a dog's mind works and has taught us a several processes to help her calm down around visitors to our home. The trainer has also provided useful processes with the background behind them for helping us break our dog (and us) of un-useful learned behaviors. It is so nice to have someone not only tell you to break the behavior but give you the steps you and your dog require to do it. The other nice thing is that everything is positive....yet firm and helps the dog understand that you mean it! Thank you thank you !
