Peace of Mind Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Services for Kennett Square Families

Hi, I have been using pet care group now for about a month and a half and they are great. They communicate with me every day. Send pictures interact with the dogs well and they go above and beyond. I love that when I initially reached out I heard back within a day or two. I would definitely recommend this company! Also, my dogs really seem to like their sitters so dog lovers stick together :)

Leah was well taken care of care of, fed, walked and fully content when we returned at the end of the day

Jenna and her team have been five star plus service providers. Reliability, ease of scheduling, cost effective and most important GREAT with our girls. We have been working with Heather specifically and her relationship with our not always accepting girls was an instant success. We would happily recommend the PetCare Group without hesitation.

Excellent experience! We received an update from our sitter after each visit, which was much appreciated! We will definitely be using PetCare Group for all of our pet sitting needs.

My recent surgery had me in rehab for a month! If I did not have this group to take care of my cat Molly, i would be worried sick! PetCare is there for me no matter what the concern.and need. They go over and above what you would expect, always!

We have a sweet, lovable cart-dog. And finding someone to care for him and his needs was a bit of a challenge last year. We had a few sitters fall through until we met Jen. She came over and met our disabled fellow and confidently agreed that she and her team could care for him while we were away for a week. During our trip, Jen sent us check in reports multiple times each day with photos or video. When we returned, our dog was happy and healthy. We are well pleased with the care that PetCare Group provides. We have used their services for additional smaller trips and we will engage their services again.

It has been such a great experience with PetCare Group - peace of mind, my dog is happy, and I am happy! Easy to set up, very professional and responsive. I am thankful I received a recommendation to try them!

The ladies at Pet Care Group have been amazing with our Lucy-she is 15 years old and needs TLC. The team has been reliable and flexible even with last minute schedule requests. They even gave her a bath. Highly recommend. Pet Care Group really took the pressure of finding reliable and compassionate dog sitters off of our plate.

PetCare Group has been my first experience using a dog walking service and they’ve been incredible to work with. They’ve been great when my schedule changes. My pup looks forward to their visits which makes my days much less stressful. I love getting the emails and silly photos from each visit.

PetCare group is amazing and my dog Cooper loves their visits!

When I moved to the area around a year ago, finding a trustworthy dog walker while I'm at work for my 5 year old Lab was a priority for me. PetCare Group has exceeded every expectation. Their communication is top-notch, providing daily notes and photos after each walk, and a quick response to any schedule changes, additional weekend walks or questions. It is clear that Jen and her team genuinely care. They freshen his water bowl after every walk, and clean him off / incorporate more inside play (after his walk) when the weather is not nice. This is greatly appreciated when you have a dog with an endless amount of energy. I can see how excited my pup is when the walker arrives each day. If you want a reliable, caring team for your pup, look no further than PetCare Group. I highly recommend!

Very reliable and high quality care. They have been so flexible and have never let us down. I’m a lifelong customer now.

Very happy with their services.

Major appreciation for the care and attention that Jenna and her team provide at PetCare Group! The entire process from start to completion has been as seamless as it is enjoyable for the pups and kitties. Hers is a highly professional service that takes special care towards our pets.

We love pet care. I know that when I trust my dog with them, she is taken care of with as much love as I would give her. It’s so nice to get a note of how the visit went. They always go above and beyond. The owner is so responsive and kind!

We recently moved to a new area and reached out to PetCare Group for support with our dog, Harlee, receiving daily walks and visits. It has been the best experience for us and our Harlee girl! PetCare Group is reliable, prompt, and responsive to our needs. We love getting the daily email updates with pictures. The process of moving was hard enough, having the consistency added to our schedule and lives has been a huge help!

PetCare Group has been such a wonderful addition to our family! Their team cares for my precious puppy, Luce, with so much love and attention. It’s always nerve-wracking to leave your best friend, but I know I can trust them to care for my dog just like I do. The detailed email updates after each visit are the best! Highly recommend their services — truly loving and reliable care. 🐾💛

My dog walker of 12 years finally retired and I was so nervous about finding someone new to help with our dogs. I came across PetCare Group and am so happy I did! Jen is extremely responsive and their intake form is so thorough that when the walker came to meet our dogs she knew everything about them. Our dogs love the walkers and they really do an amazing job. I would recommend this company over and over to anyone who’s looking for help with their pets!!

The team at PetCare are great. They are dependable, they do the basic things well, they provide a personal connection email with each visit! We travel with confidence and comfort that our pets will be cared for.

Caitlyn watched our 3 boxers for 3 nights and 4 days and we could not have been happier! She loved on them and sent picture updates daily! We knew they would be safe and that they were in good hands!

PetCare Group is awesome! Jen & team have been a huge help for us with our new puppy. Appointments are easy to make and the communication and follow up is outstanding. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend the PetCare Group! Owner Jenna is fantastic, professional, trustworthy, and very easy to work with. If you're looking to secure a pet sitting company that you can rely on for care of your pets, then please consider the PetCare Group. Thank you, Jenna and team!

The PetCare walker did a nice job with my dog and reporting the details to me.

My cat had good care with updates daily. I plan to use them again.

PetCare Group gave our cat, Lacey, wonderful care while we were away. Lacey is an older cat on medication and is very shy. The caregivers at PetCare Group were able to not only draw her out for attention and affection while they were here, but also made sure she received her medication each day. They also went the extra yard in a couple ways. First, they were willing to call a locksmith when the housekey suddenly disappeared, but fortunately were able to relocate the key before much time had passed. Additionally, they were willing to extend their service the day we were due home, when we encountered unplanned delays on our return. PetCare is flexible, dependable, willing to assist in big and small ways and can be counted on to take exceptionally good care of your pet.

Great experience! My little old guy Aiden was safe and sound while I was away. I had peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of with his deafness and hind leg difficulty. I received updates via emails and pics! Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful experience with The PetCare Group! We initially met with Jen, the owner, and from the very first visit, it was clear how much she genuinely cared about the pets her and her team look after. They took the time to get to know our two cats and their needs, and we always felt completely at ease knowing our fur babies were in good hands while we were gone. We enjoyed the daily email updates that they took the time to send and it gave us peace of mind knowing they were in good hands. It’s rare to find a business that’s both reliable and truly passionate about what they do, and we’re so grateful to have found them. Highly recommend to any fellow pet parents looking for peace of mind!

Pet Care Group is amazing, so easy to deal with and everytime I leave I am confident my house and my pet will be well taken care of! I am so glad I found them!

Jen is awesome. Listens to your needs and has a great group of people working with her. They take great care of your fur babies!

Pet Care Group took excellent care of my mini Goldendoodle Leia while she was recovering from spay surgery!

This in house visitation service is great and worth every penny. They interact with your pets as if they are family and send you updates multiple times a day often with pics of your furry friends. I used them last year to cover my family's OBX trip and plan on using them again this year. Would absolutely recommend them with the highest praise possible - simply a great service!

I love pet care group! They offer so many services but we use them for their midday walks while we’re at work. Our dog isn’t super easy to walk and they always do amazingly with her!

Jen is awesome, she takes great care of my kitty and sends an update and photo every day. She also trims my cat's nails, which is quite a challenge as my cat fights it every step of the way!

2925 update. I’ve used PerCareGroup several times since my original post. They are so awesome. From last minute changes to my schedule. One-time visits or another week long vacation. They sent me updates daily, sometimes w pics, which makes any pet lover giddy on vacation! Love them!! (Previous post) So grateful for PetCare Group!!! I currently have 3 cats. One old man Sparky (16y) and 2 brothers (1.5y). I hired PetCare Group to come when I was on vacation for a week. They came once daily to feed, scoop and play. I feel like my cats are "high maintenance" b/c Sparky won't eat what the others eat so he has separate quarters when I am away from home. PetCare Group managed Sparky well, letting him out and putting him away daily. I felt very comfortable knowing they were getting checked on daily and played with. I will be using them again for future vacations!!

We started using PetCare Group a couple months back for our 4 month old Labrador puppy. It has been an exceptional experience from customer service to care for our puppy. We had tried a few individuals on Rover and couldn’t find the right fit until we reached out to PetCare Group. Jen was so responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. She made recommendations for the right sitters for Cora. We have two amazing, caring sitters that come 2x a week for an hour while I am at work. There is always coverage and I am never concerned that they won’t show up. I have been so grateful for how reliable and loving they are. Cora is so happy getting out of the crate for exercise and cuddles. Thank you for giving me the ability to relax at work and not worry about the puppy!

I have a timid cat who does not do well with being boarded. I decided to try a pet sitter and am very glad I did. I had a wonderful experience with the PetCare Group and my cat is much happier too!

I had an excellent experience with the Pet Care Group this week. They came when scheduled and left a lovely note and a photo of my little dog to report their activities. Thank you !

Jenn can always fit us in, no matter when I contact her! I appreciate the flexibility, because sometimes emergencies happen!

Our first time using PetCare Group. It was a great experience knowing our dogs were well taken care of. We didn’t have to worry with the daily updates after each visit and a picture too. I would definitely recommend them and will be using their services in the near future!!

PetCare Group is incredibly responsive, amazing with my 2 somewhat crazy & rambunctious pups, and I have never had any issues using them whatsoever. Highly recommend!

Great experience with my 10 week old puppy. They were extra accomodating for our young guy !!

So grateful to have found PetCare Group! A last-minute trip came up, and they were able to schedule care for my cats immediately. I have 2 senior cats & 1 troublemaker (but I love him...) PetCare emailed me every day with updates. I loved having that peace of mind. I will use their service in the future & have already recommended them to friends.

I have used them for yearsssss. My pets love them and they are trustworthy and dependable.

Needed someone to come take care of my pup while I was working. Was able to schedule with ease a few days before I needed someone. And my pup was well taken care of. Will 100% use again

2024 Update We are still using PetCare group and love the quality of service our dog Maxwell receives. We never have to worry about Max getting his meals and the attention he needs when we are away. We've been using PetCare group for the last several years. Initially we had them stop by daily to walk our (then) puppies. Since then one of my dogs has developed epilepsy and requires meds 4 times a day. We've used Pet Care group several times when we can't be here for one of his doses. We've never had an issue. We always get a summary of the visit and they always refresh the dogs water bowl. Our dogs really like the visits. The most recent time we used them is a bit complicated but they were quite willing to work with us. One of my dogs had emergency surgery (epileptic one) and I needed PetCare group to check on him every 2 hours. They worked with us to administer his meds and kept me informed of his status. I was very happy with their service. I highly recommend PetCare group for everything from walking your puppies to helping out with a sick dog.

I cannot say enough about the service provided by PetCare Group. We have never had to leave our dogs by themselves overnight, but this company made me feel very confident that all would be fine. They did exactly as was advertised and we loved the fact that we didn't need to board them. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if necessary. Thank you, Jenna!

PetCare has watched over our family pets for years, and I feel so confident traveling because I know Jen will handle anything that comes her way with mindful care and compassion. Thanks, Jen!

PetCare Group went above and beyond and did a great job! Thank you!

Great customer service. Very responsive. Happy pup. I am very grateful for PetCare Group!

Dependable, honest, and my dogs love them!
