2024 Update We are still using PetCare group and love the quality of service our dog Maxwell receives. We never have to worry about Max getting his meals and the attention he needs when we are away. We've been using PetCare group for the last several years. Initially we had them stop by daily to walk our (then) puppies. Since then one of my dogs has developed epilepsy and requires meds 4 times a day. We've used Pet Care group several times when we can't be here for one of his doses. We've never had an issue. We always get a summary of the visit and they always refresh the dogs water bowl. Our dogs really like the visits. The most recent time we used them is a bit complicated but they were quite willing to work with us. One of my dogs had emergency surgery (epileptic one) and I needed PetCare group to check on him every 2 hours. They worked with us to administer his meds and kept me informed of his status. I was very happy with their service. I highly recommend PetCare group for everything from walking your puppies to helping out with a sick dog.

Needed someone to come take care of my pup while I was working. Was able to schedule with ease a few days before I needed someone. And my pup was well taken care of. Will 100% use again

We started using PetCare Group a couple months back for our 4 month old Labrador puppy. It has been an exceptional experience from customer service to care for our puppy. We had tried a few individuals on Rover and couldn’t find the right fit until we reached out to PetCare Group. Jen was so responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. She made recommendations for the right sitters for Cora. We have two amazing, caring sitters that come 2x a week for an hour while I am at work. There is always coverage and I am never concerned that they won’t show up. I have been so grateful for how reliable and loving they are. Cora is so happy getting out of the crate for exercise and cuddles. Thank you for giving me the ability to relax at work and not worry about the puppy!

PetCare Group is amazing! They walked my dog Bonnie a few times a week and made sure to treat her as their own! We unfortunately had to move out of the area but I highly recommend this group for all your pets needs! The owner is very responsive and communicates very well. All of the walkers I had were fantastic and wrote me a little blurb about my dog's walk every time she got one. My dog truly loved when her walkers came! I wish I could give them more stars!!
