We have hired them several times to watch our cats and they are amazing!

I love pet care group! They offer so many services but we use them for their midday walks while we’re at work. Our dog isn’t super easy to walk and they always do amazingly with her!

I am so so happy with PetCare! I get updates every single visit, and I know my dogs are loved and well cared for. Excellent communication!

2024 Update We are still using PetCare group and love the quality of service our dog Maxwell receives. We never have to worry about Max getting his meals and the attention he needs when we are away. We've been using PetCare group for the last several years. Initially we had them stop by daily to walk our (then) puppies. Since then one of my dogs has developed epilepsy and requires meds 4 times a day. We've used Pet Care group several times when we can't be here for one of his doses. We've never had an issue. We always get a summary of the visit and they always refresh the dogs water bowl. Our dogs really like the visits. The most recent time we used them is a bit complicated but they were quite willing to work with us. One of my dogs had emergency surgery (epileptic one) and I needed PetCare group to check on him every 2 hours. They worked with us to administer his meds and kept me informed of his status. I was very happy with their service. I highly recommend PetCare group for everything from walking your puppies to helping out with a sick dog.

PetCare Group gave our cat, Lacey, wonderful care while we were away. Lacey is an older cat on medication and is very shy. The caregivers at PetCare Group were able to not only draw her out for attention and affection while they were here, but also made sure she received her medication each day. They also went the extra yard in a couple ways. First, they were willing to call a locksmith when the housekey suddenly disappeared, but fortunately were able to relocate the key before much time had passed. Additionally, they were willing to extend their service the day we were due home, when we encountered unplanned delays on our return. PetCare is flexible, dependable, willing to assist in big and small ways and can be counted on to take exceptionally good care of your pet.

Petcare group is very responsive and efficient. They show up when they are asked and genuinely seem to care about your animal. I like getting an email after the visits so that I know they have been there. Easy to schedule and easy to make payments. Good business model and excellent attention to detail which I appreciate. Highly recommend.

I am so thankful I found PetCare! Do you know how hard it is to find someone to take care of a bunny? I contacted 7 other companies who either didn’t handle bunnies or come out to this area (chadds ford). We highly recommend PetCare and will be using them for our needs in the future!

PetCare Group is amazing! They walked my dog Bonnie a few times a week and made sure to treat her as their own! We unfortunately had to move out of the area but I highly recommend this group for all your pets needs! The owner is very responsive and communicates very well. All of the walkers I had were fantastic and wrote me a little blurb about my dog's walk every time she got one. My dog truly loved when her walkers came! I wish I could give them more stars!!
