The team at Pet Care Group has been taking care of our sweet Bella for a long time. They are great and have never let us down. We used to use neighbors and one-person pet sitting outfits. After being left high and dry while we were out of town, we figured we would try a company that had a sizable staff. As I said, they have never let us down and we wish we would have found them earlier. Highly, highly recommend!

2024 Update We are still using PetCare group and love the quality of service our dog Maxwell receives. We never have to worry about Max getting his meals and the attention he needs when we are away. We've been using PetCare group for the last several years. Initially we had them stop by daily to walk our (then) puppies. Since then one of my dogs has developed epilepsy and requires meds 4 times a day. We've used Pet Care group several times when we can't be here for one of his doses. We've never had an issue. We always get a summary of the visit and they always refresh the dogs water bowl. Our dogs really like the visits. The most recent time we used them is a bit complicated but they were quite willing to work with us. One of my dogs had emergency surgery (epileptic one) and I needed PetCare group to check on him every 2 hours. They worked with us to administer his meds and kept me informed of his status. I was very happy with their service. I highly recommend PetCare group for everything from walking your puppies to helping out with a sick dog.

Caitlyn watched our 3 boxers for 3 nights and 4 days and we could not have been happier! She loved on them and sent picture updates daily! We knew they would be safe and that they were in good hands!

My dog walker of 12 years finally retired and I was so nervous about finding someone new to help with our dogs. I came across PetCare Group and am so happy I did! Jen is extremely responsive and their intake form is so thorough that when the walker came to meet our dogs she knew everything about them. Our dogs love the walkers and they really do an amazing job. I would recommend this company over and over to anyone who’s looking for help with their pets!!
