When I moved to the area around a year ago, finding a trustworthy dog walker while I'm at work for my 5 year old Lab was a priority for me. PetCare Group has exceeded every expectation. Their communication is top-notch, providing daily notes and photos after each walk, and a quick response to any schedule changes, additional weekend walks or questions. It is clear that Jen and her team genuinely care. They freshen his water bowl after every walk, and clean him off / incorporate more inside play (after his walk) when the weather is not nice. This is greatly appreciated when you have a dog with an endless amount of energy. I can see how excited my pup is when the walker arrives each day. My dog walker of 12 years finally retired and I was so nervous about finding someone new to help with our dogs. I came across PetCare Group and am so happy I did! Jen is extremely responsive and their intake form is so thorough that when the walker came to meet our dogs she knew everything about them. PetCare Group gave our cat, Lacey, wonderful care while we were away. Lacey is an older cat on medication and is very shy. The caregivers at PetCare Group were able to not only draw her out for attention and affection while they were here, but also made sure she received her medication each day. They also went the extra yard in a couple ways. First, they were willing to call a locksmith when the housekey suddenly disappeared, but fortunately were able to relocate the key before much time had passed. Additionally, they were willing to extend their service the day we were due home, when we encountered unplanned delays on our return. PetCare is flexible, dependable, willing to assist in big and small ways and can be counted on to take exceptionally good care of your pet.
Great experience! My little old guy Aiden was safe and sound while I was away. I had peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of with his deafness and hind leg difficulty. I received updates via emails and pics! Highly recommend!

We initially met with Jen, the owner, and from the very first visit, it was clear how much she genuinely cared about the pets her and her team look after. They took the time to get to know our two cats and their needs, and we always felt completely at ease knowing our fur babies were in good hands while we were gone. This in house visitation service is great and worth every penny. They interact with your pets as if they are family and send you updates multiple times a day often with pics of your furry friends. I used them last year to cover my family's OBX trip and plan on using them again this year. Would absolutely recommend them with the highest praise possible - simply a great service!
I love pet care group! They offer so many services but we use them for their midday walks while we’re at work. Our dog isn’t super easy to walk and they always do amazingly with her!
Jen is awesome, she takes great care of my kitty and sends an update and photo every day. She also trims my cat's nails, which is quite a challenge as my cat fights it every step of the way!
2925 update. I’ve used PerCareGroup several times since my original post. They are so awesome. From last minute changes to my schedule. One-time visits or another week long vacation. They sent me updates daily, sometimes w pics, which makes any pet lover giddy on vacation! Love them!! (Previous post) So grateful for PetCare Group!!! I currently have 3 cats. One old man Sparky (16y) and 2 brothers (1.5y). I hired PetCare Group to come when I was on vacation for a week. They came once daily to feed, scoop and play. I feel like my cats are "high maintenance" b/c Sparky won't eat what the others eat so he has separate quarters when I am away from home. PetCare Group managed Sparky well, letting him out and putting him away daily. I felt very comfortable knowing they were getting checked on daily and played with. I will be using them again for future vacations!!
We started using PetCare Group a couple months back for our 4 month old Labrador puppy. It has been an exceptional experience from customer service to care for our puppy. We had tried a few individuals on Rover and couldn’t find the right fit until we reached out to PetCare Group. Jen was so responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. She made recommendations for the right sitters for Cora. We have two amazing, caring sitters that come 2x a week for an hour while I am at work. There is always coverage and I am never concerned that they won’t show up. I have been so grateful for how reliable and loving they are. Cora is so happy getting out of the crate for exercise and cuddles. Thank you for giving me the ability to relax at work and not worry about the puppy!
I have a timid cat who does not do well with being boarded. I decided to try a pet sitter and am very glad I did. I had a wonderful experience with the PetCare Group and my cat is much happier too!

2024 Update We are still using PetCare group and love the quality of service our dog Maxwell receives. We never have to worry about Max getting his meals and the attention he needs when we are away. We've been using PetCare group for the last several years. Initially we had them stop by daily to walk our (then) puppies. Since then one of my dogs has developed epilepsy and requires meds 4 times a day. We've used Pet Care group several times when we can't be here for one of his doses. We've never had an issue. We always get a summary of the visit and they always refresh the dogs water bowl. Our dogs really like the visits. The most recent time we used them is a bit complicated but they were quite willing to work with us. One of my dogs had emergency surgery (epileptic one) and I needed PetCare group to check on him every 2 hours. They worked with us to administer his meds and kept me informed of his status. I was very happy with their service. I highly recommend PetCare group for everything from walking your puppies to helping out with a sick dog.
I cannot say enough about the service provided by PetCare Group. We have never had to leave our dogs by themselves overnight, but this company made me feel very confident that all would be fine. They did exactly as was advertised and we loved the fact that we didn't need to board them. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if necessary. Thank you, Jenna!

PetCare Group was recommended to me as I was looking for a new walker having moved from out of state about a year ago. They have been wonderful to work with! Jen is super professional and accommodating and responds to questions right away. My dog is picky when it comes to the people he likes and he requires a fair amount of care. Jen scheduled the perfect walker for us, even setting up a meet & greet initially to make sure we were comfortable.Our walker kept in touch daily with updates and pictures so I could rest assured that all was well. It has been easy to call or email to set up daily walks/feedings as well as overnight care. PetCare Group is a wonderful find!
Jen and her staff were great! It was my first time leaving my cats together. I always boarded my older lady, Alley, she is on medication but the stress last time was too much for her. Our younger girl, Nubby, does not do well with strangers and usually hides. Jen came out for a visit and I immediately felt at ease with the way she greeted my girls. I gave a long list of instructions for my endless amount of litter boxes and water bowls ( you would think I have 10 cats) and they followed them perfectly. Scheduled them for an hour in the morning and evening and got detailed emails with pictures which in turn was a nice surprise and calmed my anxiety. I could even see on my front door camera Nubby hearing them pull up in the driveway and meeting them at the door. Which, no matter how food motivated my chunky girl is, that was a first and most people understand if your nervous cat trusts someone then you trust them too! Also the convenience of being able to have nails trimmed adds another star they don't give me an option for. I absolutely will use them everytime and highly recommend Petcare group with the love and safety of your home as well as your pets.
Petcare is so fantastic that I wish there were more stars to give them. I heard about them from a neighbor who also uses their walking service. I reached out- and heard back straight away! I was able to secure a spot the day of and the staff is beyond friendly. They met all my needs for care- and send me photos and updates. They are always patient with my dog Letti- she can be a little difficult to walk sometimes. (She refuses to walk or it takes SOO long because we have to sniff every blade of grass). I cannot say how grateful I am of their help and taking care of my pup. :)
We just started using Pet Care Group and they have been awesome! As someone who is anxious to leave her pups, I was so happy with the care given to my pups, Marty & Mabel! The staff always followed my notes and sent me email updates and photos. I so appreciate how they go above and beyond for my pups including changing their water out every visit & spending time playing! Highly recommend!

Jen is the best pet sitter that I’ve worked with. She’s very professional, kind, trustworthy, and down to earth. I have a lot of pets and I was a little anxious to see if she could take on caring for all of them while I went away and she was so pleasant and eager to offer her services. I always receive detailed nice updates from her after each visit along with pictures which always puts my mind at ease. I would highly recommend her services. She’s the best at what she does.
