Out of Service Areas

If you are really in a crunch, we may be able to assist you. We can, depending on our schedule, service other nearby areas for an extra fee per visit.
$5 additional per visit on all services of out of our service area
$10 additional per Overnight Stay

Holiday Surcharge

We can accommodate holiday pet sitting and dog walking. However, there is a small fee attached to each service. Listed below are the holidays on which you will find the Holiday Fee:

New Year’s Day
Easter Weekend
Memorial Day Weekend
Independence Day (Weekend if applicable)
Labor Day Weekend
Thanksgiving & Thanksgiving Weekend
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day (Weekend, if applicable)
New Year’s Eve

$10 additional per visit or service on all holidays
$20 additional per overnight stay that includes holidays
$40 additional per extended overnight stay that includes holidays

Returned Check Fee

If a check bounces or is returned.
$25 + all fees incurred.

PetCare Group was recommended to me as I was looking for a new walker having moved from out of state about a year ago. They have been wonderful to work with! Jen is super professional and accommodating and responds to questions right away. My dog is picky when it comes to the people he likes and he requires a fair amount of care. Jen scheduled the perfect walker for us, even setting up a meet & greet initially to make sure we were comfortable.Our walker kept in touch daily with updates and pictures so I could rest assured that all was well. It has been easy to call or email to set up daily walks/feedings as well as overnight care. PetCare Group is a wonderful find!

Jen and her staff were great! It was my first time leaving my cats together. I always boarded my older lady, Alley, she is on medication but the stress last time was too much for her. Our younger girl, Nubby, does not do well with strangers and usually hides. Jen came out for a visit and I immediately felt at ease with the way she greeted my girls. I gave a long list of instructions for my endless amount of litter boxes and water bowls ( you would think I have 10 cats) and they followed them perfectly. Scheduled them for an hour in the morning and evening and got detailed emails with pictures which in turn was a nice surprise and calmed my anxiety. I could even see on my front door camera Nubby hearing them pull up in the driveway and meeting them at the door. Which, no matter how food motivated my chunky girl is, that was a first and most people understand if your nervous cat trusts someone then you trust them too! Also the convenience of being able to have nails trimmed adds another star they don't give me an option for. I absolutely will use them everytime and highly recommend Petcare group with the love and safety of your home as well as your pets.

The staff always followed my notes and sent me email updates and photos. Pet Care group is AWESOME!! Her staff takes time out to change my puppy’s blanket in her crate as she’s not trained yet . They absolutely go above and beyond for your dog . Highly recommend just don’t cancel a walk after 5 pm the day before or you still have to pay 🥴

Jenna and her team are wonderful! Responsive, friendly, caring, dedicated t your pets. I received emails with every visit letting us know how our cats (3) were doing, and you can tell they just enjoy what they do! They also do amazing extras - scooped litter boxes, took in the mail and deliveries (some big boxes too!) , watered our plants (inside AND outside) took the trash and recycle bins out to the street the night before pickup day. Cannot thank them enough for taking such great care of our cats! Will be using them whenever we go away.

PetCare Group is amazing! They walked my dog Bonnie a few times a week and made sure to treat her as their own! We unfortunately had to move out of the area but I highly recommend this group for all your pets needs! The owner is very responsive and communicates very well. So grateful for PetCare Group!!! I currently have 3 cats. One old man Sparky (16y) and 2 brothers (1.5y). I hired PetCare Group to come when I was on vacation for a week. They came once daily to feed, scoop and play. I feel like my cats are "high maintenance" b/c Sparky won't eat what the others eat so he has separate quarters when I am away from home. PetCare Group managed Sparky well, letting him out and putting him away daily. I felt very comfortable knowing they were getting checked on daily and played with. I will be using them again for future vacations!!

We cannot praise your dog trainer enough! Our dog is very very anxious and the trainer is helping us prepare her for an away trip we have planned in the spring. The trainer understands the way a dog's mind works and has taught us a several processes to help her calm down around visitors to our home. The trainer has also provided useful processes with the background behind them for helping us break our dog (and us) of un-useful learned behaviors. It is so nice to have someone not only tell you to break the behavior but give you the steps you and your dog require to do it. The other nice thing is that everything is positive....yet firm and helps the dog understand that you mean it! Thank you thank you !
